The King is Dead, Long live the Queen pixel fonts
A downloadable fonts
I always found it hard to find a pixel font for my games, since I get always iffy with some letters, so I decided to make my own. So, please meet my two fonts:
- The King is Dead
- Long live the Queen
The only difference between the two are fancy caps. Both fonts are 9px tall pixel sprite serif font. The zip has two .PNG files with transparent background and a TrueType font file for The King is dead. Long live the Queen will get a TrueType font file soon as well, stay tuned!
Note
Both fonts are currently in development, because I am still a bit unsure about some of the letters. Please contact me if you find any mistakes or need some extra letters. A font file is on its way, once I figure our how to make it properly.
The sample text is from an immortal book "Crime and Punishment" by Fyodor Dostoevsky.
Distribution license
Fonts are free to use for personal projects. For commercial projects, please purchase a 3€ "license" here from itch.io. Tagging me on Twitter or linking to this itch.io page would be very helpful and you will have my eternal thanks. Selling it (adjusted or not) is not permitted.

Thanks a bunch. I had to switch to a different font because the glyphs just don't look right on my game. Please don't kill me. Still really like the font though and I'll use it when I can. It'll be in my database for years to come. I plan on working in AA-AAA so maybe I'll get it in an even bigger game for you some day haha. Here are my suggestions to make it better and mainly the reasons why I didn't decide to go with it in the end.

If the font did not work for your need, just ask for refund (dunno how to do it here, but should be possible)
